Kyle Fuller joined the ÃÛÌÒTV coaching staff in 2026 as the assistant offensive line coach. In this role, he will work alongside Conor Riley to help develop a young, talented offensive line unit featuring three former first round picks in three-time Pro Bowler Tyler Smith, Tyler Guyton and Tyler Booker.
Fuller spent the 2025 season with the Las Vegas Raiders as an offensive quality control coach.
Prior to his time in Las Vegas, Fuller was a graduate assistant at North Carolina in 2024. He worked with an offensive line that produced two All-ACC selections - first-team guard Willie Lampkin and honorable mention tackle Howard Sampson. The Tar Heels offensive line also paved the way for running back Omarion Hampton, who led the ACC and ranked second nationally with 1,660 rushing yards.
A seven-year NFL veteran, Fuller played from 2017-23 after being selected by the Houston Texans in the seventh round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Over the course of his career, Fuller spent time with Houston, Washington, Seattle and Baltimore, appearing in 51 career games with 12 starts.
In college, Fuller was a four-year letterwinner at Baylor from 2013-16 and finished his collegiate career with 39 consecutive starts at center. He was a first-team All-Big-12 selection as a senior.
